Return Policy

Cancellation of orders is applicable only till it has not been processed from the supply center.

Once the order has been cancelled, Buyers account will be credited and details will be available on line.

Note: For all products live on BMAO, inventory levels are based on demand, price forecasting, availability and replenishment lead times. As this is an on-going process, despite our best efforts, some products may go out of stock.

Prices and availability of items/products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Bmao.

a. To provide the buyer with a great shopping experience on, we offer the buyers a ‘No Question Asked Return Policy’ within 15 days of receiving the shipment.  Buyers may return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging; refund of the purchase price will be credited into your personalised bmao account. The buyer shall accept no returns beyond a period of 15 days from the receipt of goods.

b. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, BMAO is unable to extend the Returns Policy for any item sourced outside of India.

c. Please visit our Help Section before initiating Returns on BMAO. If the order is lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, Bmao will credit the complete order amount including shipping charges if applied to your account with BMAO. 

d. If part of the order is cancelled shipping charges will not be refunded.

e. Before accepting shipment, kindly ensure that the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If so, he/she should refuse to accept delivery and raise an issue on Help Section along with details of the order number.

f. In cases where the item/product ordered is received in a damaged condition or the contents are missing, Buyer must inform BMAO by visiting the Help Section and submitting a query within 24 hours of delivery of the item/ product. If the Buyer were unable to do so, then the buyer would be deemed to have waived all claims in respect of the damaged, missing, tampered, etc goods.

g. Opened packages will accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect item/product has been shipped to the Buyer.



BMAO shall credit the cost of the returned item to the Buyers bmao account. Return facility will only be made available for the products ordered on only.


a. If the return is a result of any act/oversight/negligence of the Buyer and not an error from BMAO’s end, no refunds will be provided for the same.

b. The refund shall be credited within one week of receipt of the returned product at our service center. BMAO shall notify the Buyer via email with the details of the refund.


If an item ordered by the Buyer on BMAO is opted for a replacement, our Customer Service team will confirm the replacement after which the Buyer will be required to hand over the defective items to the logistic partner in the same condition as were received by him.

In cases where the Buyer notices any manufacturing defect in Mobiles, Electronic items/products and Consumer Durables, the Buyer is requested to go to the nearest service-center of the manufacturer and get a DOA(dead-on-arrival) certificate (hereinafter “Certificate”) issued. Buyer will be required to carry the item/product along with the supplied accessories and invoice in its original packing that was delivered to it.

Once the Buyer gets the Certificate, the buyer must inform BMAO in writing with a scanned copy of the Certificate to arrange the replacement. If the Buyer is unable to locate the service- center or get a Certificate, he/she must contact BMAO at the earliest for an early resolution. In such cases, BMAO will assist the customer but cannot cancel the order.

When BMAO receives the Buyers return, it will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. BMAO’s address for returns is as follows:

*Items that cannot be returned-

Cosmetics, Fashion Accessories, Under Garments.

*Items with free gifts must be returned with the free gift incase of exchange.

BMAO does not give refunds for the following products:

a. Products that have been opened/ taken out of its plastic wrap.

b. Items that have been used or opened. Opened packages will be accepted for refund/replacement only where an incorrect product has been dispatched.

c. An item not returned in the condition it was received.

d. On made-to-order or customized merchandise.

Note: Incase of manufacturing defect, customer needs to take the product to the nearest service station authorized by the manufacturer.

e. BMAO shall not be liable in the event in which it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under the terms and conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of God or similar nature, war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction/prohibition or change in law or for any other reasons beyond its control.
